Mission Statement:
Sarges Community Base, Inc. is a Non-Profit Organization to develop and encourage young men and women to become leaders. We are committed to reducing violence by seeing them practice - and then personally own - basic life skills, leadership principles, respect, responsibility, and structure. By providing core values of family commitment and responsibility we will educate and empower our youth through teaching service, teamwork and discipline in a structured environment.

Self Discipline – Structure – Physical Training
Does your child have a bad attitude, defiant, disrespectful, deviant behavior (lying and Cursing), lazy, unmotivated and more? CIIA Life Skills Training aids in the development of character building qualities in teenage boys and girls, and assists them to become healthier successful young citizens.
Sarges Physical Training, has been a prominent entity in helping local at-risk youth and juvenile offenders enrich their lives through the CIIA Life Skills Training. This program offers its participants a comprehensive curriculum which includes mentoring, discipline drills, physical training and conditioning, anger management, self development, life skills, gang prevention and intervention, self- esteem builder,leadership training, and an academic component facilitated by credentialed teachers.
Specifically designed for youths from ages 7 to 17 years old, the CIIA Life Skills Training program is held during or after school hours and every Saturday for a six month period of time. Highly trained staff and certified educators help facilitate the program which challenges students both mentally and physically.
The mentorship component of the CIIA Life Skills Training program, will expose youth participants to various career industries and would work towards guiding each student on a path that would lead to higher education. Through this program, students will be taught self discipline and confidence through drills that combine verbal motivation and military style-training techniques.
As a result of Sarges’ core curriculum, students will acquire stronger leadership and teamwork skills, improve focus and gain self motivation.
Core Components
Academics, anger management, discipline drills, drug and alcohol prevention, gang prevention and intervention, leadership training, life skills , bullying, mentoring , physical training and conditioning, self development courses, self-esteem building blocks, and guest speakers from the business community.
