Mission Statement:
Sarges Community Base, Inc. is a Non-Profit Organization to develop and encourage young men and women to become leaders. We are committed to reducing violence by seeing them practice - and then personally own - basic life skills, leadership principles, respect, structure, and responsibility. By providing core values of family commitment and responsibility, we will educate and empower our youth through teaching service, teamwork, and discipline in a structured environment.

The program offers a variety of clubs and activities to students who want to make the most of their high school experience.

Keith “Sarge” Gibbs won the town council seat for our census tract… At our neighborhood meeting, Keith talked about the need to mentor teens in Altadena and help them avoid gangs, crime, and drugs. He currently has several programs in place in the local schools.
